Using the site
FreeByte is free to use, with no account and no subscription. You may use the calculators for personal or business decisions, and you may link to any page. Please do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other people, resell the calculators as your own product, or attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Estimates, not advice
Every result is an educational estimate produced by a simplified model. Tax rules, fees, inflation and market returns differ by country and change over time, and no calculator here knows your full circumstances. Nothing on FreeByte is financial, tax, investment or legal advice, and no client or advisory relationship is created by using it. Check any decision that matters with a qualified professional before acting.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep the formulas correct and we publish the method and assumptions on every tool page, but we cannot guarantee that a result is free of error. If you think a calculator is wrong, tell us with the report link on the tool and we will look at it.
Advertising and third-party links
The site is funded by advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads and any external links are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of other sites. How advertising data is handled is described in our privacy policy.
Content you send us
When you submit a tool request or a correction, you give us permission to use that suggestion to improve the site. Do not send confidential information or anything you do not have the right to share.

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make using these calculators or from the site being unavailable.
